Recruitment, Hiring & Contract Signing
On a coterminous employment arrangement with the client’s service agreement, employees will be recruited by the service provider. The client agrees to hold the service provider harmless from any liabilities stemming from the employment of the employee and must go through hiring and onboarding procedures, endorse manpower requisitions, and sign a hire requisition form.
Orientation
During orientation, the employee will be shown to their allocated workstation and instructed on how to file for a vacation leave, notify the company of tardiness and absences, fill out payroll forms, understand how payroll works, and read over the company manual.

Employees must adhere to the service provider’s employment manual and human resources standards, but are not in charge of managing the client’s operations. Regularized employees can only be fired if they have a history of transgressions that harm the service provider and/or the client.
