Responsibilities:

Proactively handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Monitor PNRs and ensure all bookings are accurately documented and serviced.
Collaborate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams to resolve booking discrepancies and deliver timely solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fare rules, airline policies, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-contact resolution (FCR) performance metrics.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in travel operations, reservations, or customer support roles.
Advanced proficiency in Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing, reissues, exchanges, and refunds.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, or similar.
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET and React/Next.js.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with ASP.NET Core.
Develop modern, responsive front-end user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Solid experience with modern front-end technologies: React.js and Next.js.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
